rafa would be terrible at villa. a team like villa needs a simple talking old fashioned english manager like west ham they did feck all with zola and grant and now they have got big sam he'll turn them into a solid PL club with ease

i think if you look at rafa's track record his teams are pretty well organised

just amazes me how a manager who lifts a european cup, gets to 2 champions league finals, lifts an fa cup and also take the super cup and charity shield aswell as finishing 2nd in the prem can be shown so little respect.

yet a manager who has won nothing and is renowned for playing the worst, dirtiest and most unattractive tactics in the history of the premiership, can be so well respected.
