You-tubed the guy, didn't seem that great which doesn't isn't good as you tube normally makes people look 10 times better than they are.

Marin is the way to go. Young and potentially good. We'll see.

Seems to be on a similar level to Mark Gonzalez of a few years back in my opinion.

Mark Gonzalez is Shiite when he was playing for us. Fast but just could'nt hold the ball. Marin is slightly better i feel.

Trust me Marin is no Jovanovich etc the fact he plays for the German National team must mean he's good for starters, 2nd he's done it in Bundes Liga not some other rubbish leagues, 3rd he's done it in champ league, 4th he tore apart Spurs at Bremen this season in champ league basically single handly took the game back for Werder and got them a 2-2 draw from being 1-0 down to spurs. Then at White Hart lane he turned up and was menacing but the rest of his team didn't so he never got the ball as much.

Its all gone very quiet about this guy, i think we enquired and got put off my a ridiculous price tag.

Personally i would go for someone like Mata, who has pace, creativity, flair and an end product when approaching the box.

But i have to admit i haven't seen much of Marin and may be he can do all the above
