Basically for the past 20 years the majority of everyone at Fifa most of all 200 delagates have been in charge with no one replacing them. Over this time certain ones, have been taking bribes etc to give companies countires deals. e.g Jack Werner gave away 200,000 or 20,000 can't remember tickets to the black market at a cut price when each ticket was worth upwards of £600 for the world cup in SA. These tickets were meant to go on slae in his provindence the west indies but they werne't and he pocketed all the money.
ANother example is a world cup in the 90s a few members of fifa pocked 100000 to 300000 k to give the tv rights for the world cup to a company which then used the rights to make tons of money selling it all around the world.
A lot of thr main un discussed accusations can be found on the panorama programme on Fifa which was on with in the last week.
