Looks fake to me, some photoshoped image I reckon.
Also the way I upload images is save your image somewhere in your computer where you can find it, go to tinypic.com and upload it there in 2 easy steps, once you upload it it will give you a forum link that you can paste here, just make sure you Switch to full reply screen and chose the upload an image. Its fairly easy. You can also follow the same procedure to upload a vid. Hope that helps.
