seem to remember dunk tweeting ages ago that we would be spending £30million on one player in the summer. could it be hazard?

not really could be Hazard as Lille will push for close to 30mil Euros in my opinion, also aprrently Lille are interested in Jovanovich so maybe he can actucaly have a positive impact on the club after all by being part of a mooted exchange for Hazard.

K-P Boateng, Gotze, Sturridge, Kroos, Lucas Leiva, Hummels, Kyriakos Papadopoulos,

If we pay 30 M euro's for hazard then we will offically have more money than sense. the lad is 20 no where near his prime. His stats are good but no great. So paying 30 M euro's is just plain mental 20M tops. Or 15M plus Jovanovic.

Forced Purchase. smile

Suarez was brought in as Torres's partner, then torres dropped the I'm off bomb.
Carroll was on our list for summer recruitment (according to john Henry) but had to replace Torres with a 24 hour period so was forced to pay over the odds as we were put into a corner.

Hazard is not a forced purchase, we have several targets for his position we are looking at and won't be mmade to pay over the odds for him, if they try to force us to over pay what we as a club believe is that price, we will look else were.

can anyone really see us signing eden hazard? cause i can't. would really love us to it'd would be a massive marquee signing and it'd make europe take notice. i think there will be a lot of speculation about hazard but no one will sign him. he'll still be a lille player next season

There is talk from the likes of COmmoli that we are going to sign a Big name Marquee signing. Is Hazard seen as a Marquee big name player, or one hot prospect who could reach the heights of worlc class. I think someone else will be the big money signing

To me Hazard is a hot prospect not Marquee.
