Great thing about having kenny commanding the troops is he knows whether Jova is up for it or not and he will need to show that in training. As some fans mentioned in other threads, if kenny starts Jova I will be happy to see him and hopefully he can contribute positively.

NOt confident about this game to be honest, even though we are in form so are Fulham, and Craven cottage is a tough place to go to.

My team for tonight would be:

-----------------REINA-------------------

FLANNO-------CARRA----SKRTEL------JOHNSON

------------LUCAS-----SPEARING-----------

KUYT-------------MEIRELES----------SUAREZ

-----------------CARROLL-----------------

I reckon a 2-2 draw.

With the rumor that both Jova and Aurelio will start tonight - I will go for this team:

-----------------REINA-------------------

JOHNSON-------CARRA----SKRTEL------AURELIO

------------LUCAS-----MEIRELES-----------

KUYT----------------------------------JOVA

-----------CARROLL------SUAREZ------------

I would be happy also if Kenny check Jova on other position as winger - on left back. Than I will go for:

-----------------REINA-------------------

JOHNSON-------CARRA----SKRTEL--------JOVA

------------LUCAS-------SPEARING---------

KUYT------------MEIRELES----------SUAREZ

----------------CARROLL------------------

I predict very hard game - I will be happy with the draw - but I'm counting that our boys will give 110% to win!

Massive risk playing Jova at Left Back, could see him doing that when Johnson has done well there and we have RObinson waiting in the wings as well.

Spearing will start especailly with his form and also signing a new contract

The rumours about Jovanovic are interesting, but I can't see Kenny dropping Maxi just yet. Then again, I'm not the King. smile My bigger question is whether we start Carroll or not. I'd let Kuyt and Suarez tear them apart at first, soften them up, and then send in the guy with the cannon in his head, and the rocket launcher in his left boot.

What I find interesting is that this match represents:
1. Carra to play a club milestone 666th match (to move to second on the all-time list)
2. Reina to play in his 150th consecutive EPL appearance
3. Kuyt looking to be the first LFC player since the EPL began to score in 5 consecutive EPL games in the same season.

Hopefully those milestones, along with the prospect of turning up the heat on Spurs tomorrow [so that they beat City and give us an outside shot at 4th], will have everyone buzzing, and we take that motivation and play Fulham off the park. Tough game, but we've beaten tougher opponents on their turf under Kenny, and I'm hoping we can do it again today.
