Yes, he's cost 35million but we've scored 7goals in the last two games without him even in it. He doesn't deserve to be in the side especially when maxi has been on form, not just through his goals but his overall play. Why change a winning side just to accomodate a striker who we won't see the best out of until the side is properly built round him ie wingers

im not dropping flanno, im making a tactical decision to play johnson on his favourite side witch is best for the team

who cares about maxi? i want suarez and carroll to play as much together as possible they should be on the same team in 5-a-side in training it all helps.

your making a tactical decision to put johnson at right back, when he has looked much a better defender on the left and dropping an 18 year old who has shown at times he is a better defender than johnson.

the sides got a winning mentality at the moment, and maxi, suarez and kuyt have played a huge part with there goals and assists during the last two games

you dont change a winning side unless you have to or to freshen things up. The teams had 7 days rest since the last game.

Pick players on form instead of reputation, this will give the players who are playing well confidence and also mean they are happy as there is nothing worse than playing well having a great game only to be on the bench the next game.

Players should earn there place and i admit am not a maxi fan but the last two games he has done great and deserves his spot (unless he is useless in training of course)

again i say carroll playing with suarez is more important then maxi continuing his good form.

and this why drop an 18 stuff is just bullsh!t if flanno cant deal with not playing every game then he won't get far at a big team. and tbh he was sh!t last week against a very average player. that's not why i am making this completely tactical change but clearly you need a reason to make this change so there you go, i think flanno looked completely out of his depth last week and i'd rather take him out of the firing line as he'll be up against another winger in duff or davies tomorrow.

Is Jova confirmed? surely its just a rumour. I think Kenny will stick to the same side or may start carroll ahead of one of the midfielders.
