Full of pace but end product is still erratic. Rather a player that has more of a football brain and someone who can deliver a cross. Arteta?

Play a 433 with Suarez on the left and Carroll through the middle. No thank you, We don't need another babel-esque player destruction by playing him out of position. He needs to be in a partnership upfront or a free role. He likes attacking from the left sometimes doesn't mean we should waste his talents outwide. And we need minimum 2 wingers anyway to cover wide positions without injuries, god knows what happens if those wingers get injured.

I actual think 4-3-3 maybe the way forward, also at Ajax Suarez played on the left of a front 3 effectively as a winger except to cut in and shoot at and angle, he's already done it for us, west brom lob cleared off the line, wigan shot clipped off the far post, man utd the assist for the 1st goal.
Imo he's far most effective playing on the left than the right, and with our central midfield options of which there are two many for simply 2 players every matche in a 4-4-2, 4-3-3 would solve that problem as well and allow Carroll to be the lone cf he was at Newcastle.

It is about having options, if we got Lennon and Young like someone mentioned earlier it would mean the club are looking to progress as on paper/reputation/ past performances they appear to be better than what we have now.
I can't wait for the summer transfers to see who we get, just hope we get them towards the start of the transfer window in order to get the new players settled in the team before the new season kicks in.

My fear is that they will end up being Lennon and Young... well i wouldnt be that disheartened if we got them both, not the best but still way better then what we have I agree it would certainly be better don't get me wrong. But If they were the two we went for it would be same old Liverpool in terms of going for the 2nd/3rd best choice we could go for. And I don't why aren't we going for the best players because they might not come due to no Champs football etc, but I mean the 2nd/3rd best choices out of those players we could realisticly get.
