Kenny not happy that he hasn't been offered job but has nothing to do with Damo. kenny wants to treated with a bit more respect by the owners after the job he's done. If the owners don't get finger out I could see him call it a day. He treats people right and expects the same in return.

either dalglish wants the job or he doesnt , the owners have put in a structure which includes ian ayre and comolli as directors if dalglish is unhappy well thats down to his own ego , if he is true to his word and the club is more important then he should sign the contract on the table and do his job .

but if kenny has been told he doesn't get the final say on transfers. then why should he stay?

He should stay because he said he would help liverpool whenever they need it ( before we appointed him) so I don't see why a silly thing like taking the power of transfers can make much difference, well atleast I hope not because they should be working together to bring in new signings. No man should get complete power of signings.
