i dont think he's worth 14 million and juve clearly dont think he is either, i dont think we will get that money for him. i see your point i wouldn't sell him to juve for less than agreed but id sell him to another club for 10 million hopefully man city want him id take a straight swap for milner

problem is for Juve, you don't shake hands on a deal and then change your mind later. They should have agreed a lower price if they didn't want this problem.

Feck them, we can take him back if they can't find some money!

Put it this way if in this current Market Jame Milner is 20+ mil, then Aquilani is minimum just under 20 mil, but at their bests easily Aquilani the better player, just the fact of injuries decreases his value

yea i dont think aqua is worth 16 million which is why juve are not willing to pay up that amount 10-12mill max we can probably expect :P

In today's market, he's worth every penny of the 16m fee. Juventus are doing what any sensible business would do by attempting to knock the price down. Can't hold that against them. I'd be mightily pi55ed off if LFC caved in though.

I'd much rather have Aqua than Adam. Aqua can run and has more to his game. I don't think Aqua should be sold unless we get a decent price for him. He ended the season well and I could see him linking up well with Suarez.

The difference between Aqua and Adam is that the former is on first team wages but won't start, where the latter would be a squad player from the outset.

i'll be honest though:

far too narrow, asking far too much of the full-backs, the diamond type formation only works in the slower leagues. look at chelsea when they have tried it never works and the football is always pooh
