For English players pad the price by 50% of their value. "Proven in the EPL" comes with a bit of a price tag boost as well, but one that is generally worth paying. I'm happy to get Young or Adam or whoever, but if their clubs get stupid with prices we should just walk away and leave them with players who no longer want to play for them. The flipside is that players with no EPL experience tend to take longer to settle at new clubs, or just flat out fail in the EPL. Lower price foreigners are more of a risk, but local players of quality are very expensive. Tough calls to make, either way.
