I think a move back to Spain will do him good.
A permanent move for him back to Spain would probably do us some good as well. If he's not up to it move him on so we can concentrate on the players who have a better chance of wearing Red.
to expand this further, very few of the starlets are making the transistion from reserves to first team. with the sacking of McMahon and previously Ablett, not all is well within the reserve team set up. From those I know within the academy they have not been too happy in recent years to see promising players drift when placed in the reserves. Pacheco obviously but also Ayala,Guthrie and Spearing were considered well above average standard fo their age group.
Ineterstingly it was something Heighway mentioned before he left. Maybe the new set up will work better - Dalglish/Commolli were quick to to make the change.
