then all of liverpools playing,management staff from 91 to present should have a serious look at themselves and think is football really their career? it is a complete and utter disgrace why we havn't won the league in 21 years, even blackburn have won it, with a squad much weaker than what we had at the time...

another thing i feel that if mancs do get number 19 i think it will be a big monkey off our backs, hopfully the club will focus on going forward rather than waiting for chelsea and arsenal to scuppur utd's march to 19, bollox to what thye do down the road concentrate on your own house then success will follow, i feel liverpool fc have been waiting and waiting for utd to catch up and lets face it for 21 years AT LEAST 7 of them titles should have gone to anfield, the mancs have won it a ridiculous amount of times in recent years, LFC pull your finger out and wake up

I want them to win, because just like you said, IT would stop us from relying on other big teams to crash united's party. Let them win it so we can all shut our mouths about this matter and concentrate on our club rather than the other big clubs surronding us.

spot on snakeye, when this first to 19 bollox is over with THEN we may be a better club chasing to be the best which would be a motivation rather than the 1991 side and so on when we was on 18 and mancs were on 8, ahh its ok theyll never catch us, well guess what they have because of complacency

we've complacent for 20 years? we haven't been complacent we've been lazy and sh!t always one step behind everyone, correct if im wrong but, i think we were the last PL club to have an official website and official club store? its pathetic imagine all the other things we we're last to do or now about, what fergie has done at utd has been incredible what utd have done behind the scenes to capitalises on their success has been incredible, lets just be honest utd have not just gone past us they have destroyed us on and off the pitch. this is why i don't dislike man utd as a club (dont get me wrong i far from like them) but you have to respect what they have done as a club and what they have done for english football, so if they win number 19 and then if they go on to win number 20 onwards it will be only because they deserve to.

I don't think you can say we have been lazy. Just because Liverpool is classy doesn't mean that makes them lazy. It's a historical club with great honours. There has always been a cloud covering LFC for having 18 trophies for so long and man utd as of late about to sweep the 19th when they were 10 behind. If the storm is over, the sun comes out and we can look forward without the pressure of having to keep the leadership. I agree completely with them.

let them win it, im more concerned with Liverpool FC.

A lot of reds have turned into blue noses this season - not caring how we get on yet obsessed with our rivals crashing.

if we are honest, they deserve to win the league. noone else is up to the task this season. and you dont win that many titles by accident either, top club and know how to approach a season succesfully.

Let them win it; it's not like we've been particularly effective at stopping them take title after title. It's time we let go of this idea that we're the best in the business, when it's fairly obvious that we've not been the best since the EPL was founded.

So let them win it, and let's prepare ourselves to get used to the verbal abuse that will follow. But then let's pick ourselves up, and knock them off their fcking perch.

said this for year and been abused for saying it you are spot on , and this goes back as from as peter robinson who allowed the grass to grow under the clubs feet and done nothing about it , manchester united will win number 19 and could have 4 european cups this season while this club has sat there with managers failing season after season from dalglish leaving the aging squad to to the shambolic squad left by benitez and all in between , years and years of mismanagment on the field and in the boardroom .
