everyone wants to see a huge over-hawl of the liverpool squad this summer but i think liverpool will find it hard to do it even if they wanted to do it!!who in there right mind would be willing to pay joe cole 90k a week on top of a sign on fee for example!! its not going to happen joe cole will be happy out to sit on his 90k a wk for the nxt 3 years!!we have seen it happen at city and we have made the same mistake.any solutions to this besides killin him ha??

thats why you see the a rticles on the lfc site about cole happy 'just being in the squad' my god i would be happy not getting a start for 90k a week watching my mates playing football. These footballers in the top flight don't know how lucky they are or maybe they do

degen wasnt too bad a player but he gets injured every time he sneezes like a lot of our players, thats something we have to look at when buying a player, how injury prone are they, have a real good look at the last few seasons before buying anyone

Armitage, i think ideally it would be good to pay wages on a pay as you go type of scale ie first team games you get x amount, sit in the stands you get a lower amount that should give them incentive to try harder,i mean i would be very happy as a mediocre player to collect my massive wage sitting in the stands eating popcorn,but i would get off me bum if my wage was small, massive wages for poor or no games played at all has taken away the desire to play for the shirt! may sound too simple this but has anyone else got a better idea?

yeah with that much money we can get someone else to do a better job.i say get rid of him so that adams and aqualani can be there in lfc to provide the necesaary dept and quality...
watching juventus Vs roma he was class his 1st touch and passing was great and barely he passed back + he was there to make important defencive interception..i would really like to have him back rather then selling him and get two more wingers and improve defence!
i would also like to add a young striker like wickham to our team..but i guess that can be done in next winter...so priority is very clear getting rid dead wood and getting wide players,...!

Joe Cole has never shown his potential because he's never been given a decent enough run to show it, why, I do not know. Only the training staff and KD could possibly know the REAL truth behind that question.

cole was in theory a good signing it just hasn't worked out, its no ones fault just one of those things
