When Suarez does move on ( which will happen ) i can see us making 30 odd million on him like we did with Torres.

hes a special player and dont doubt getting player of the year next season , world player of the year is a little far fetched but then again funnier things have happened. The lad is a special talent

Now due to his fantastic performances I've been raving about suarez as much as the next man, or so I thought...but some of you seem to be genuinely mental! World player of the year? Winning the EPL in two seasons? Him and carrol the best front two in the league? Where has any of this come from! Carrol has looked absolutely nothing so far other than a big man who can head the ball, now I'm not getting on his case I'm gonna give him the time he deserves but I feel I have to bring some of you down a couple of notches to reality, Carrol has done nothing to impress so far any more than any big man would have. On top of that this whole best partnership malarky, they barely linked up at the weekend, again not saying they won't it might come in time, but some of you lot are just blind/insane/both, nothing has happened to suggest a partnership yet!
Suarez does seem an outstanding signing however and I'm genuinely excited when he gets the ball or stands over a free kick (something I havn't felt for ages!), I think he will be as good for us as Torres, maybe not score as many goals, but he will add more creativity which will either directly or indirectly lead to goals.

IHouse, name one player who is any better a forward at present? You could probably name a few on par but it would truly be splitting hairs to name anyone playing better! Certainly a chance if this form remains with him. What a joy it is to finally be watching 2 guys in the team (Suarez and Meireles) who have such great footballing vision, technical ability to match and score with half a chance too!

he will, he will win player of the year next season and world player the following world player, your saying luis saurez is going to be the best player in the world ? not many will beat messi or xavi,iniesta but when we lift big ears in 2yrs someone will have to get the top award and he is as good as nearly anyone in the world.the boy is pure class..a throwback to king kenny. carroll will come second ,combined they will score 100 goals in 1 season ,pacheco will win world reserve player of the year suarez is a good player and i like that he plays for us, but to say he is nearly as good as messi iniesta ronaldo right now is just stupid even in 2 years its a massive leap i think everyone is getting way ahead of themselves
