ayala looked a little nervous last night but i'd still like to see him play more games for us this season. in fairness i'd be unsure of having both him and insua together against the bigger clubs cos of inexperience. but i'd be more inclined to try give him some games ahead of this new greek lad (who's 30).

what do you lads think?

lest see the greek first!

Ayala is a lil boy in footballing terms, it is accptable for him to be nervous.

At times he looked like he was waiting for a instruction from the seniors to tell him who to pass the ball to, he seemed in two minds. Buy i think he did well, all those syptoms are part and parcel of learning.

he only 18

It's a tough situation, a bit of a catch 22. It would be nice to give them game time in Stoke like games however it was those exact games that cost usa the league last season. So to find the balance is very tough.
