Spending time up north for New years, I have a family member who works for Merseyside police around the southport area. During a long chat with him, he pretty much was 100% that Gerrard chinned the DJ and is quilty. Stevie has a bad repuation around Liverpool area when he is with his friends, going to restaurants etc.

But he also did say, its unlikely he will get punished, and the fact Stevie has done so much things for Liverpool and for his country, that he will get away with it.

Just wanted to share that with you.

Well the fact that he was a manc fan makes that OK for me smile

Seriously though I hope he does get off with it as if not I fear it will affect his playing career.

Where does this come from? His reputation is a great one; staying out of trouble and a family man.

You're very deceptive son - you're even slower than you look.

I am sure mate, it's just the fact he has to be dragged through court as well but most people have forgotten about it already.

Agree regardless of what happens. Stevie our caption, 100% support.

In reply to people replies. He is banned from many liverpool restaurants due to his behaviour in the past with his friends. Most likely his friends causing the grief.

But thats for behaviour in past not now. He has commitments and family, and also we know his pride of being a rolemodel is important to him.
