Like everyone I'm delighted with the impact the king has had on the club since he returned, not only in terms of results but in reminding everyone of the 'Liverpool Way' (in terms of pass and move, keeping things in house etc). I'd love him to be given the job full time. If we are thinking long term however is itpossiblethat the club could to bring in the young coach they desire (ie Villa Boas) as his no 2 for a couple of years before taking over. Allow him big responsibilities in making sure the club are up to date with all of the modern techniques (training, nutrition, tactically etc). This would ensure he would be familiar with the Liverpool way and almost bring back the old boot room ethos. The king should then have some form of role in the background similar to Johann Cruyff at Barcelona to ensure we never lose our way so badly again. I suppose the big question would be whether Vila boas would be happy to do that as they are in such demand. Would be a dream combination for me allowing us to restore the Liverpool way whilst bringing the new ideas that NESV seem keen to implement. What do you think? Cheers mike

I'd like to keep kenny for as long as he wants to stay. No good manager is going to come in and play second fiddle. Perhaps kenny could take carra under his wing?

not sure if an aspiring manager like andre villa boas would be happy being number 2 at any club. when kenny steps down i'd expect him to still figure in the background for sure. that would be enough to give guidance and lend advice to any future manager.

boas's career in football management is still very young, he's already been number 2 under mourinho so i wouldn't expect him to take such a step back in his career. imo we should give him time to develop his managerial skills, you can't teach experience. whilst keeping a close eye on him give kenny the job for the next couple of years at least and then replace him when he is ready to step down and when the best possible candidate is available

If you were Villa Boas would you be happy with an assistant manager role ... nobody should get the job before Kenny, nobody. Not even Mourhinio deserves it. For the first tiemin about 14 years I am truly proud to be a LFC again. I have never lost faith, but the old pride has been dented severly by a succession fo twits!!

Think we will be in for an interesting Summer if Jose Mourinho becomes available as its looking like, could end up with the special one versus the King to take over the reins.

we are not rich enough for the special brew, and no thanks anyway.

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

give KD the job full time for 4/5 yrs, and let Carra, SG, Fowler work under/alongside KD for some years, b4, KD resigns.

then make one of the above 3 managers, and the other 2, his assistants.
