I have not read the article but I don't need to. We are better off without Torres if someone does not want to play for you its a waste of time no matter how talented. And he is a bit injury prone and he has not been the player he was for some time now and I think we have had his best years. Great business by Liverpool.

I agree. We certainly aren't any werse off without him, probably better now tbh, as the team spirit and dressing room atmosphere are probably miles better now, you know, not having to listen to his whinging and whining anymore, and not having to constantly trip and step over abandoned dummies and teddies.

From what kenny said , i think the owners are unhappy they didnt bring in another 1-2 players. We bid 20m on Micah richards apparently, only to be turned down. So id say the owners would of wanted him and Adam on top of Suarez and Carroll , oh how nice that would of been.

Definately better off without him. Just wish i hadn't spent 40 quid on a Torres shirt last year. Will have to buy a Suarez one now i think. It's been very interesting hearing the players all come out and say how together the club is now. Very positive!
