carroll, half a season in the EPL, scored 10/11 goals and he is worth 35m, [oops] me, over a quality player like gomez, who has done it at the top level for years.
Maybe not worth it yet..but he's only 21/22 n we've got him for 5 years (if contracts mean anything that is). Great header of the ball , strong as , holds the ball up...got it all for a 21 year old bar pace (But Torres was no longer lightning). We had t get someone proven in , in a matter of hours. Sadly we had t pay over the odds coz the chavs set the bar with their purchase of Torres.
