cp1972, I understand your concern that the owners did not spend anything and waited until torres was sold but they have not promised to spend in january in the first place. They said it when they came in and wanted to invest in the summer when there are much more options avaliable. Also be thankful that they reinvested the profits made from torres sale into another striker, Otherwise we ould of been in real trouble with suarez only.
