as likly as it is that he is on is way chelsea. what do want or expect from him and the club if he stays....

if he makes a statement apologising then fair play but he'll still get stick!!

Depends how he goes about it. But I'm a Liverpool fan and he's a Liverpool player so I would support him. But it would never be the same again

He would still be a Liverpool player and should be supported. I couldn't see, if he stayed, how he would be ignored if he started banging them in from all directions!

Oh please dont start with that again, different situation here. Torres has put a written transfer request in and hasn't retracted it. And we all know if he stays, he's still going in the summer anyway. Gerrard stayed and is still here years later, Torres wont be. I wont boo him, but I wont be cheering him either.

You never know if he does stay and we get on a roll he may just change his mind...like he has done from 3 weeks ago when he DEMANDED the backing of the supporters to help the club along and said he was in the for the long....things change pretty quickly in football.

i dont see it as the same as stevie. he never put transfer request in. the silly board at that time let it get that far down the line.

If he stays, I'd expect him to be professional. Nothing more, nothing less.

it feels like the writings on the wall, if it transpires he is staying we will have to see how he plays. will he be sulking and not trying alla Torres for the last year or Torres of the last three weeks where we thought he was working hard for the team, apparently no working hard for the transfer offers to come in. I think Torres' biggest problem is that we did all take him to our hearts so quickly and idolised him quicker than most shame he turned out to be no different to most other premier league players sad really....
