There is always going to be a lot in the papers about "team mates not getting on" and "Torres being aloof" and so on.
Personally I think Torres has wanted out plain and simple for well over a year now, He wants trophies straight away and sees this years CL as a very good chance for the chavs to win it. He has been great for us, but at the end of the day NOT bigger than us.
If he thinks going to Chelsea (and even winning somethings) is going to make him a hero!!! he is a long long way of the track. He will never ever get the support at any club ( and i included Atletico in that) as he got at Liverpool. It is going to be a big shock to the system in the future ( when hes not in the humour or sulking etc etc) when the crowd gets on his back instead of always singing his name and supporting him all the way.
Thanks for the good times Fernando, but remember you'll never be idolised or have your name sung when your career is over, and I'd go as far to say a mural anywhere like the Kop would have done for you
