Thunder you can say what you like about attitude etc and you may have a point but talentless never he is one of the best srtikers I have ever seen would put fowler at his best to be greater but only just. And he may have an attutude issue but as far as I am aware he is not in town regularly on the raz like some great LFC strikers whose career went down the pan because of that reason. So which is the worse one ?

1 His body language for weeks has shown he wants out.- A disgrace when you are paid over £100,000 a week.

3 "I want to play for a team that wins things" - Then pull your finger out and try and maybe we would have a chance.
I for 1 do not want him here and it shows how low a person he is to bring this out now when he has known for weeks he wants to go. It will give the club no chance to replace and if we keep him it will be a total waste of time cos he will only sulk and upset the other players. Get shot now and this is from me Torres

only one dirty disrespectful person at fault here torres , not hodgson not the club not even benitez or dalglish , such a disrespectul person is torres a sly low gutter rat , who has sh1t on the club ,his fellow players and the fans who worship him from a massive height . You're right. We should never have bought Torres. He is the reason we've not won anything since H&G bought the club. All those goals he scored and records he broke were because he was a talentless waster with a lot of luck. He interfered with the Alonso saga, turned the guy against Benitez because he wanted Alonso to go to Real Madrid. It's his fault Gerrard sulked all of last season, so much so that he was almost our worst player for the entire season. Winning 4-1 over United and 4-0 over Real Madrid were accidents; he didn't mean to score the first goal for us in each of these games. He signed because it has always been his desire to see Liverpool get relegated. Yeah, right. Get a life, mate. There's a lot more going on than you think, this (where we are) is not the fault of any one person, and maybe Torres has finally become fed up with all the [oops] lip service he's been given and the continuing disharmony in the squad due to King Gerrard and his enforcer Carragher. FSG's reticence to sign anyone during this window was a sign that nothing has changed, and I'd also want out were I him; the adoration of the fans only goes so far. IF I WAS TORRES, I WUD ALSO DO THE SAME, [oops] HENRY, COMOLLI, THE LI-EYING WYANKERS. Henry wants to rebuild the team, with the sale of torres and reina, he does not want to invest his own money into the team or build a new stadium. torres is not to blame for this, look at the owner, his staff and his agent.

its the lies from torres and his actions which has angered the people here , if he goes he goes that goes for any player , but the put in a written transfer request is down right disrespectful and low to all involved in LFC ,the way he has sulked and showed no interest just goes to show what type of snide he is . My Jekyll side agrees with you because i clearly remember him saying this "Now I feel Liverpool is my English club, the way Atletico is my Spanish club. I would not like to play for another English or Spanish club. This feeling is very important to me." My Hyde side says £60m....3 top end players who actually want to be here,so thanks nando and.....

if torres is sold for 50m chelsea, 60m city, will that tight fcuker henry give all the dosh for KD to bring in class players ie young 15m, turan, 18m, Gomez 25m, sakho 15m, etc etc.
If torres is sold, it is going to be very very hard for KD to sign players cuzz clubs will no that they have received all this dosh from the torres sale, and they will add 5/6/7m onto their players asking price.

double edged sword here lads. You can hardly call Henry tight? £23 m on a new striker? This all just seems strange timing- new owners, new manager, we're beginning to play better, a new strike partner,and he wants out. Plus Chelsea are hardly firing all cylinders at the moment.

Let's just hope for the first time in about 20 years we actually learn how to deal in the transfer market i.e. Ajax.
If Chelsea want him that much it's the straight 60 million or do one.
