We'll wait for the summer to sign our targets if we cant get them now. We all know what disruption an unsettled player can do at for a club for six months. I totally agree with the club not being held to ransom and spending stupid money on players that arent worth their fees. God knows we wasted millions over the years, I for one am happy with the new stance of the club when it comes to spending on players and also the old traditions of keeping everything in house by our manager.

I agree, we need to get somebody in to compliment Torres the owners have said that money would be available and if we intend to really contest the 4th spot and win the Europa League then please spend some money. I look every day for news to see if we have brought somebody and each day get dissapointed. Oh well only 4 days to go to see if anything gets done.

Suarez is worth around 20 million pounds, however, Bent is way overpriced at 24 million

Bent is way overpriced at 24million but he does gaurantee goals in the Premiership on thing that Suarez does not gaurantee.

Suarez is a very big gamble whatever way you look at it.. he has never played in a top league and god only knows if he can score goals in a top league..

Its a big gamble.
