Holloway must of realised this would happen, You can't tell me he hasn't given the old "this is your chance lads" teamtalk, you know the one it goes like "you have real chance to put yourselves in the shop window lads". All he'll end up doing is what is happening with Adam now and that's lose the respect of the players coz he wants to screw any big club that comes in with an offer. This is one of the reasons why good English talent falls by the wayside and we end up with foreginers who cost half the price and sometimes are not as good!.

Holloway is just sticking up for his club. Adam is his player and goes on his terms and rightly so. I just can't understand why he would keep a player that wants to move and why we are so interested in him? The next Alonso? Maybe when he looses a few pounds!

Adam is blackpool's "Key player" this season and Holloway knows this so it is only fair he wants to haggle the price. If we were selling Torres wouldn't we want the possible best price for him?
Adam is worth about 6-7M max.
No he ain't Xabi Alonso, but he is one of the best passers in the prem this season and it is an commodity we are sorely lacking in.

Totally agree Liddlepool, I don't see whats wrong in his statement, sure he might sound rude a bit but thats the way he talks. He was very rude to villa when they approached him as well. He is just trying to defend his best player because he knows that if he is gone, it would be much harder to survive in the premierleauge.

I dont think this deal will go through..atleast in january..could be some initial contract or commitment now for the deal to be completed in summer.

I think it's fair for him to want more money, but I don't think it's ok to just say it's the way he talks. Manager should be more respectful of other teams, he has 0 class and the only reason peope don't think he's a complete tit in interviews is his comical accent.

i heard the blackpool chairman complained about the way we're doing business and said we should do like them and do all our transfer business quietly. allow me to laugh, they're the ones rambling in the media each day about adam while kenny hasn't said a thing regarding adam or suarez for that matter.
