1) The structuring of the payments, for starters Ajax want a very large down payment.

2) Both sides want to include Babel in the deal but again there is a difference in the valuation.

Talks are ongoing. Liverpool have back-up options. All of this is normal for such a highly-rated and valued player.

lets get him in and get a left back in too and try and push on if they do bring suarez in it will shown the owners commitment towards the club which is what us fans havent seen for a long time.

One back up option as far as I'm aware is Negredo. We do have other irons in the fire.
