Bearing in mind the sensitivity of the hillsborough disaster id like to say firstly i don't wish to offend anyone who lost family and friends at hillsborough!i would like to ask a question about the terraces because locals do feel a bit let down because they cant bring there children to the games anymore and some feel they are being pushed out by oots so they cant nurture the next generation of local supporters for LFC,i feel we need a good mix of oots and locals but the seating situation and high tickets prices are a problem, obviously if we had terraces we could have more fans and reasonably priced tickets,my question is,if you had a vote would you say YES! or NO to bringing back the terrace? its is a sensitive one but a valid and interesting one.I think Kenny would be against it! there were many problems with the terraces one of them being the 20 feet high fences around the terraces, people may have escaped easier if they weren't there.

If it's against the law, why is there a thread about it?

because i heard there were people who want to bring back some standing room at certain grounds that had suitable safety standards but because of our past disaster at hillsborough i was interested what our fans in particular would feel about it and which way they would vote.

No, just add more seats.

just for good measure... NO

I think it would be disrespectful to the 96.. it was abolished because of the disaster that cost 96 liverpool fans there lives, why should it ever be considered to return to the game?

I accept that the atmosphere it creates is fantastic, but i consider it disrespectful and it was a decision that was made a long time ago now, why overturn it? just because years have gone by, it doesn't mean any less.

Good question tho and in light of it being mentioned in the media lately its a good debate.

Never, ever mate

Can see your point regarding the family situation but I dont think that the clubs would charge much less if they had the chance anyway. More seats would be a solution with maybe a sponsor for the section to take the hit

Terraces belong in the past along with black and white telly, man u being shyte and us winning the league - I hope only two of those change in future.
