last resort, cisse on loan, he wud provide cover for torres, like fowler78 said. better than ngog, kuyy, jova upfront.

plus cisse likes to play upfront on his own, on the last defender.

worth a gamble.

would just like you to cast your memeries back to us vs chelsea in the champions league.. Cisse geting warmed up coming on as a sub.. as if he was 'coked out of it' he was that pumped up.. dont see that now with our lot! any memories? would love to find a clip of it.. fckin brilliant, passion commitment desire- the LFC way

I hadn't heard anything either, so just did a quick google. And it turns out yes, sort of. Apparently he had lunch with Gerrard at the end of December, which obviously means we're trying to sign him.

Not the worst idea but unlikely. The problem with all of the haters saying that he is rubbish.... should show the bloke some respect. He had his leg SMASHED in one the worst breaks i can remember. PLUS he loved the club. Do I want him back? No. SHould we still respect him YES

I thk lfc is cursed. We sign players then they under perform then we sell them and they do well in other leagues, just a thought.
