But as midfielders go, he was a hell of a lot better than Meireles and Poulsen.

He could be a worthwhile signing, but he'd probably be overpriced... as always it depends on who and how much the alternatives are.

Why would he come to us?

He's beaten us twice this season! Better off in Blackpool!

I second that. Why the heck does he wants to sign for a club that lost twice to Blackpool?! He plays regular football and i bet he is enjoying it after the win.

rather have a charlie adam anyday over the likes of Lucas Puolson Jova or Merelies. Least the fella tries and can score a few goals

I think its about time that we stopped looking at players who MIGHT make an impact in the near future and start buying players who we KNOW will make an impact.

I'd say spend big now so we can salvage at least something by the end of the seasons and start off again next season, fresh.

Out:
Lucas: He's having the season of his life, but its not Liverpool material. He'll do better in Serie A, but not here. He tries, but he is not up to Premier League pace.

Jovanovic: He tries to be a mixture of Torres by trying his luck at the goal all the time, C. Ronaldo by ball hogging so much and Johnson by making driving runs, all of which he fails at extremely.

Konchesky: I don't even know what to say. I think he came in expecting to start with Hodgson and never really thought otherwise. He doesn't have the heart of a true Liverpool player.

Kyrgiakos: I like the Greek, but he is too often caught off guard by attackers and often gets confused. He can't read the play like Carragher, and would certainly not last long alongside him on the pitch. Good backup? Maybe, but we can get better.

Ngog: I never liked this fella to be honest. I can clearly see his passion to start every game and score in them, but as long as we have Torres, we cannot have him on the pitch at the same time. I often see him come on and play in a central position, ahead of Torres, which throws Torres off position and messes things up. He has good pace too, but somehow cannot use it to his advantage. He gets too scared when he gets the ball and often seems to lose it quickly.

Poulsen: Ah! I don't even think I need to talk about him much. I think even he knows that the Premier League isn't for him. He gets lost on the pitch, losing the ball, hesitation, no ball control, shitty passing, hes go it all.

Maxi Rodriguez: This might be a surprise to many, but in my eyes hes just not good enough to be here at Liverpool. He is good at making forward runs, but is nowhere close to where he needs to be as a winger. Often seen right behind the striker attempting his shot at goal, out of position. We can get better.

On the other hand, I'd buy the following players:

Javier Pastore,
Arda Turan,
Bastian Schweinsteiger,
Sergio Aguero,
Mathieu Debuchy,
Fábio Coentrão,
and have a look at Óscar Cardozo

I'm a people's man - only the people matter.
