Received a email, about 2min ago, from a very good contact of mine in Asia and he is saying Mr Henry is looking to sell LFC because he does not have the money to invest in the team, to build a new stadium or rebuild Anfield.

Is Mr Henry going to release major funds this month, so Kenny can sign the 3/4 Quality players, that are needed, to try and get a CL place.
If major funds are released(i doubt it), Mr Henry is staying for the long haul.
if no major signings are made this month, then Mr Henry is selling LFC.

Pfft.

Not saying it's impossible, but it seems unlikely, and I can't put much stock in an email from some unnamed person in Asia who got his information from... where?

I also wouldn't say 'no major funds this month means it must be true' either. No major funds this month might just mean they see investment as better placed in the summer.

No point getting even slightly worked up over this.

Nah really really doubt it

Above all, I would like to be remembered as a man who was selfless, who strove and worried so that others could share the glory, and who built up a family of people who could hold their heads up high and say

'We're Liverpool'.

well i dont think NESV/FSG would go through what they went through to sell it right away , it could be true but surely all the right checks and gurantees were put in place in the sale proccess .

any man in business like Henry would have done full research before buying LFC, he would not turn around after a couple of months having found out he doesn't have the money to invest. He would have know before he signed what it was going to take to get his plans up and running, and i am sure in relation to money they are around about where they want to be in relation to funds. They would also know how much they want to spend this month as well.

I think this is [oops] of the highest order.

this is quite stupid really and extremely negative. hodgson has been out the door 2 mins so who do we jump on next? the owners? i agree they need to state their intent and we are once again slow getting out of the traps in another transfer window... but c'mon... seriously? these are very sharp and clever businessmen. do you really think they would sell the club after paying £320m to buy it and clear its debt at a loss of money or to break even? do you not think they would believe they have the chance to massively increase the value of the club before they would even think about selling it? lets pull the reality cord

It wouldn't suprise me if he did sell the club, but, I can't see it though not yet anyway. After the last american administration made a complete [oops] up I don't totaly trust the american ways of business. The place where I work has just been taken over by Americans and they're making a complete ar'se of it already!! they don't think like we do in this country' it's all about profit for them for as little outlay as possible. The Fcukers are renowned for asset stripping aswell to get an early return on their investments.

Not having money to invest is a bit of a joke tbh. They had to prove how much money they had before buying lfc. That guy from Asia was promising £40m to spend in january, but they chose the Americans. They are obviously a lot more financially stable than he was

What a joke. Yeah Henry brought this club just to have fun and when he gets bored he's ganna sell just after a few months.
