Forest loss just the start Slot didn't need

Aside for the win at Old Trafford the defeat against Nottingham Forest is just the sort of game the players delivered last season. Why do Liverpool turn up against the "big teams" and not when points are begging to be won on home turf? Perhaps other players do get a very footballing vibe off trying to beat Slot, which is unfortunate as it makes winning the the title extremely unnegotiable.
Salah's convincing finish last week had every Lfc fan out of their seat - zipping the ball into the right far corner. But if we're not going to score at least once in each half how do we prevent Allison being beaten by training ground goals (if there is such a thing)? Liverpool do need to keep playing entertaining football, though I get the impression our defenders/fullbacks always take a narrow and title shattering nil pois personally - therefore not turning a negative to a positive (much like as a supporter I'm failing at doing). Arne is one of the most professional coaches we've ever had so hopefully we'll keep up with Manchester City and Chelsea in scoring when it counts (not necessarily first - on the contrary on average otherwise) this should mean that we win set pieces through our wide attackers like Diaz (even penalties) anything that slows the game down and gives us some much needed finesse. It does seem like rocket science winning points consistently and we need to not fall into that trap.
