No Koncheskey is not getting better each game, and at least he has not been switched around positions constantly like Joe has been.

N.B roy ..If you need to criticize your players dont do it infront of the media.

The players, although the want to critisize Roy they dont, because they are being respectiful. If you want to critisize a player you do it in front of their face, not by being a pussy cat and letting the media and the world know about it first.
