I read last night that Roy said he has belief in his own ability, also that no other manager could do any better than him with the squad hes got unless its stripped out and rebuilt with cash, that remark will really boost our squad wont it? roy might believe in himself ! we dont, and shame on him for slagging off the team, a man blaming his tools again to the press! we do need new players to boost the team but he clearly doesnt like or even trust his team to win because when they lose it confirms what a fec*ing irritating plonker he is.

No emp when you grow up to be agood manager, you learn to keep your innermost fears to yourself! roy spouts out his fears to all who will listen, he lets everyone know he fears he has bought the wrong players! ie konchesky, and that he has no trust in them to do the job,do you hear rudolph moaning to the press about his crap players? no! he hits them with the hairdryer then sells them.Roy wants sympathy from all about how he cant motivate his players then throws his toys out by slagging them off ,everyone except himself.

thats just weird.. i believe roy is a good coach and i believe the job here is huge and requires time and a bit of money. I am prepared to back the guy until he has had both. see you in the championship then!
