correct yea, but uefa have eased the strictness of the ruling. apparently you can play for 2 clubs now, not sure if it only applies to the qualifying rounds and the proper tournament though. an interesting point to make but don't think its within the owners best interests to sell him. im pretty sure they are keen on holding on to our best players.

this is the team they should go for and i have no doubts liverpool will be in vinsible comming years....
and theamount given in front of each of them is not just my assumption its the assumption from skysports scouts reports..

i know this can't happen just in fornight but collectively in comming january and may..it seems preety much realistic!

I'm excited by the names mentioned!

Ashley Young for 12-15 mil would be great. He's reached his potential at Villa. He can go to the next level with us playing with SG, FT and some of the others. 25 years old and fits the bill of a young and upcoming player.

Cassano on a free transfer? Amazing if we could get him! All the talent in the world and would be that intelligent link between attack and midfield. 28 years old, in his physical prime. A 20 million striker for nothing!

Even though its probably wrong on a few levels, what about Ronnie? Brazilian magic, big wages but no transfer fee maybe? Shirt sales would pay for his wages worldwide alone! And the buzz of having him here would be unbelievable.

TBH I wouldnt mind any of those but i cant see it especially not in january we will probably go for players no ones heard of (less competition) like arsenal and man u do then build them up and mix them with youngsters

I've already made a thread on my desire to see Ronny come to Liverpool. As you say his shirt sales alone would pay for him, and he's a free. He'd need to drop some wages and get a little fitter. He played the entire 90 of AC's last game and looked his usual creative self. He even closed down the goalkeeper and put in 2 sliding tackles on players. Unusual for him but maybe he's trying to adpat his game a little. I'd love to see him in a red shirt, but somehow I can't see it happening sadly.

Ashley Young would be a good signing, but Houllier has put a ridiculous 80m on his head, meaning he wont sell unless it's a crazy offer. 12-15m wouldn't do it.

Cassano another good player but his attitude utterly stinks to high heaven, could Roy tame him? I doubt it, as he's now 28 and has never changed from his sulky, disruptable, inmature self.
