God i hope those rumors about Coentrao are true

Coentrao is going to cost us dear since about every top team is after him.

I rather go for the speed and strength of Taiwo. That man is a rock.

Our 8th over-21 home grown player in the squad. Not that we have 25 players over 21 years old in the squad. But who's counting? We didn't need him to be home grown - we needed him to be good. But quality doesn't matter at LFC any more.

Not every top team, only Milan and Barca or so i hear, did you think about it, if he wants premier league football then he'll definitely join us, both Mancs, Arsenal and Chelski are sorted out with their LB's

If Aurelio can stay fit then he should be first choice. I, like a few others, woyld get Insua back. He's no world beater but better than Konchesky who I actually thought wouldn't be too bad.

As for other options theres not many out there.

em danny wilson never played left back he always played as CB for rangers he is left footed but hasnt played LB in a first team.

the few clips of him i seen when he first signed i was under the impression he was filling in at left back. especially where he scored a goal against hearts i think. but if you watch the SPL you will know better than me

my bad then mate, everytime i saw him last season he was at cb, and i am a hibernian fan so i dont pay much attention to rangers tbh so thats my mistake wasnt aware he did sorry mate.

Taiwo is out of contract in the summer and is still only 25.
Another option would be Jansen who would cost around £8-£10m.

i agree both would be good signings, only seen youtube clips of taiwo but he reminds me of john arne riise with a bigger physical presence. powerful left peg on the lad. why not try and offer a sum in the region of £2.5m to secure his services before we end up battling it out with just about every team in europe to secure his signature on an over-priced contract / signing on fee in the summer.
