You show your young imature views in your posts which make me smile. You talk about the style of football answer me this then after you have wiped your snotty nose, do you think you can change the style of a teams footballing play with just 9 games played.

The irony is this petulant reply is the most immature thing I have read on this bored (and there have been some contenders). If you have a view you have a view, but someone disagreeing with you makes you resort very quickly to ridiculous comments like that, and you have the nerve to call someone else immature?! Time to take a look at yourself son.

Best performance under woy by quite some distance. Meireles is going to be some player when he's fully settled in.

Fairplay to Lucas I'm not his biggest fan but he got stuck in and had a solid game today.

The wilderbeast was excellent today. I still think he would struggle playing against good technical sides i.e arsenal.

Loving the high tempo we were playing at.

We won. How did we win? Because we stopped pissing about and went and attacked the other end for a change. Meireles played as CM for once and how good was he? Lucas still gives away too many fouls, and while that's ok against Blackburn it's not good enough against top sides. Fair play to him tho. Clear change of tactics from previous games, heck, even Maxi looked good out there. If Roy has finally realized that Liverpool goes out there to win every game (and not draw every game as he's been trying to make us do), then that's good. But he's got a lot of other things to turn around as well (morale, training, youth, media, players out of position, bad signings getting too many games). One win against a bad side at home doesn't mean he's solved all the problems he's created.

Soto is as reliable as they come; since he found his way back into the side in his first season he's been brilliant. What an amazing signing! Oh wait, ReclaimTheClub, didn't Rafa sign him? Did your usual argument just say, "Oh dear"?

One game does't change everything - but it could a begining of something. For the first time this season we played well and you could feel that we will gonna win this - at it should be standard not only at Anfield!!! Next game - Bolton away - this would be a true test!!!We didn't won away for a long time in the league (I think 4:0 at Hull last season was our last win) With defensive attitude like in other our away games this season - we will not win, but if we play like yesterday- we should! Fingers crossed!!!

If you were from England and were upset with the way the country was being run and wanted a change in the Primeminister would you be considered anti-English? Or would you just want to what's best for your country?!
I think the majority of fans want what's best for our club. I am a loyal and MATURE supporter but I'm very unhappy with the way our team is being managed. Does that make me anti-Liverpool?! I don't think so. Great result today and I'm delighted for Roy but I still don't think he's the man for the club.
Nothing wrong with having a view like that, you just need to give the manager time to show us he is not up to the job, not after just 9 games thats all, once he has put his mark on the team with his own players and tactics then we can judge him, at the moment we are still judging the teams failures from the previous regime which has carried into the start of this season.

Well done roy when we win,Rafas fault when we lose...Oh dear
So we shouldnt judge him after 9 games even though he himself asked to be judged after 10?

What? Of the three players you mention there, Lucas gave away the least fouls (two). Maxi was the one who gave away loads (five). You do know which one Lucas is right? wink

Anyway, yes, Bolton away will be more of a test. They're in better shape than Blackburn and undefeated at home so far (one win, three draws).

We did play a lot better today, but Blackburn were pretty woeful and didn't press us anywhere near as much as, e.g. Blackpool did. I'd expect Bolton to have a bit more of a go at us.

Just seen on BBC gossip that we're being linked with Athletico's manager (can't spell his name so not going to try). Not reading too much into it but he may be worth a go IF Roy is sacked. Doing good with Athletico not sure about his previous though. I know he was at Valencia and Benfica but not how he did.

Roy does not even know how our team is doing; he thinks we have 8pts from 6 six games.... Now if that was true it would not be as bad as it is. You have to be realistic roy you have not got a clue!

Jut watched the full game. Played well for 70 minutes. However, got to ask yourself why have we only just put that kind of spirited performance. Down to the current manager. He sent them out that what yday, which he hasn't done in the previous Shiite we've played in. That yday was just not the way Roy likes to play. Plain fckin simple really. Somethingd happnd during the last week ie players an staff meetings
