I believe the game is over for everyone regarding football in LFC except for Gerrard, Agger, Meireles, Cole and a couple youngsters

And do the hard things that need to be done. You did it with the Sox, now it's our turn.

1. Sack Roy. And do not bring in O'Neil. Get a quality attacking manager worthy of our club. Talk to that fella running Spains National Team, it's worth a shot and he may be froggy for a new challenge, and boy to we have one.

2. Sack everyone else not giving 100%.

3. Your going to have to spend some serious money on quality players fast, like January.

4. Do not waste that money buying those players for Roy, he has no idea what a quality player is or where to play him.

5. Please do not be mislead into thinking we are not in a serious crisis NOW. Do not be fooled into waiting to see what will happen in another 5 games. It will not get better and our plight will be far worse then than now.

It's time to be the hard man and clean house, burn everything to ashes and start anew.

He's aware that he came in hard times and that everyone is expecting him to fix it

redthunder, you seem to know a bit about nesv. both henry and werner has come out and given their support to roy but how long do you think it will take for them to act?

my personal view is that they won't make any changes straight away and therefore roy will stay in charge for some time to come...

what's your opinion?

roy needs to go before janruary i wouldn't trust him with a large transfer fund if it is a large one. we might continue to lose or draw every bloody match until janruary under his management roy is not cut out for the liverpool job bring in kenny or rijkaard as manager.
