In all fairness if true WTF are LFC doin offering 12.5 million how do they expect to get business done messing around like that. Before anyone starts there is a fine line between getting the best deal and taking the [oops]

The opening offers for Suarez and Adam are just that, opening negotiation offers. Actual intended offers will be made soon and close to the end of the window. fergie shooting his mouth off about Adam's value might actually work for us, we can effectively close to double our initial offer and seal the deal, the ‘they have doubled their offer’ positioning would not only put Holloway in a corner but give incentive to Charlie to add pressure. I just hope somebody at the club realise that we need a left-back too. Johnson’s talent is being wasted currently. He should be in right-midfield as we have the dependable Kelly in right-back. It would seem both players are forcing a move, which is positive for many reasons. I wait in hope.

I would prefer Aguero. He has the pace and strength to play in the Premier League.

this may have been posted before, or on a different thread but i havn't caught up with them yet, but yeah, we've got until saturday.

Aguero would be nice but if Ajax want a reported £30m for Suarez Atletico would want a lot more for him.

I just hope we get someone in. It'll be most disappointing if we don't especially as we can all see that some areas need strengthening. I think we have under valued Suarez if the £12.5m bid is true. That plus Babel maybe but not outright for cash. I know it would be an opening offer but it is a bit insulting. Lets just hope its all just paper talk and something happens. I'm just finding it hard to be patiant.

I would just want some name to come in, it shows the sign of the owners intend not only to the fans but to other clubs. but is is important not to panic buy at the last moment and get a right donkey in.

on championship manager, if i bid 12m on suarez, ajax wouldnt want to consider dealing with me and publicly saying that the offer is insulting lol.

a winger should be our main concern, then a striker, LB and centre back.. alot of focus on one target,, hopefully its all a smoke screen and we get a few decent buys to strengthen the squad
