Dont forget lads, back in the beginning we came from the one club, so going back to one club isn't as daft as it sounds...interested to see comments from lads now after weekends performance..

Of course its a disaster, were in major crisis, im not disputing that.

But it doesn't mean we merge with Everton, unbelievable you people.

I have accepted that some of you are like that tho, so im not that shocked anymore. Its really bad tho muchonacho that you agree with such a disrespectful idea.

Il put it one way for you...

Were doing bad so in your opnion Liverpool Fc should be scrapped and cease to exist?

If you agree with this well im sorry but your not a Liverpool fan, no matter if you think you are or not.

I didn't want to bring this up. But [oops] it

96 supporters went to watch a semi final against nottingham forest, only never to return home again, those supporters where Liverpool supporters. They followed a team they loved that was unique, which still can be once the cancer is out of the club.

I think it's hugely disrespectful that people want the idea of merging to happen without remembering the people that died watching the club they loved

If this is a joke, then why are so many folk getting so wound up? Surely, merging with a team that was, until Saturday, plum (pun intended) bottom of the league is no obvious route to strengthening the team or the club(s).

Unlike some on here I don't have the intensity of distaste for all things from the blue-half and I can understand an argument for ground share; it's not a favoured option but neither is it the end of the world. MERGING (???) Good christ, NO !! To all who claim to have a hold-on and clarity of view for the future, please remember that we're also shaped by our past. Everton has theirs we have ours; they're compatible and they overlap but they do not have a combined future.

Because, right now, we have too many over-pampered, fame-chasing wannabees pulling on a shirt that to us has meaning but to them represents a stop off on their journey to a "dream" move doesn't mean we go down with them. We work harder to put it right because life and this club goes on.

I'm sorry but this post is totally out of order and damn right f&&king wrong.

How dare you bring Hillsbrough in such a way? This thread was meant tongue in cheek and if you've decided to take it the wrong way then thats your problem you cretin.

Its not just the 96 tho, it's people who've supported the club and have since passed away, people have had there ashes scattered at anfield because it's where there family and themselves they feel belong.

This club has a history worth fighting for and not just to throw away because fckin supporters can't support the club through the bad times.

As for this tongue in cheek lark. It only becomes a joke when the shiit hits the fan. There's serious posts on here agreeing with the idea of a merge and it makes me fuckkking sick.

Fuckkin bell end
