Dont get me wrong im a die-hard reds fan and that wont change, but there are 2 teams who i always seem to look out for results wise and want to do well and they are Sheff wednesday and Atletico madrid. I think since the Hillsborough tragedy and the warm welcome they have always given us since, us and them have bonded together. Massive club who i hope will get back to the prem. madrid i think are a club similiar in size and stature to ourselves, passionate fans, great stadium and noisy neighbours up the road. whats yours, come on dont be shy.

well cos i am a dreaded out of towner,i live in cornwall so the team i have followed as a 2nd team is plymouth argyle.they are in devon but most of the support comes from cornwall.the city is the biggest in england not to have a premiership club.argyle is a club that an investor would see massive benifits from, the catchment area is huge in the 90's they got promotion via the play-off final at wembely they took nearly 40k fans.unfortunatly due to the fact they never have any money and signings are small they never get a good regular crowd.with a decent investor the club would flourish.funny thing is.is that if we get the world cup in 2018 a 40k seater stadium will be built in plymouth.

Yeah like you say massive catchment area. If we get the world cup and the stadium is built for Plymouth youl be well on the way to bringing in big investment for the club. A nice freindly club with i think 2 sides of the ground already developed. Sleeping giant maybe?
