Think Roy has a massive job on his hands with what he had left from the previous regime but up to now seems to be doing a steady job in settling the ship. All I am looking for this season is a top six finish and maybe a Wembley appearance, if he can get the team playing a more attractive blend of football that will be a bonus. I think considering the turmoil which surrounds our club Roy was always the ideal man to come in, he gets on with the job in a quiet, effective manner, talks sensibly and does'nt court controversy like the previous manager. Lets just give him time and see what he does, Rome was'nt built in a day remember.
