I reckon Roy and Purslow will have the targets lined up and ready to go if cash is made available. Cant see them just sitting at home twiddling thier thumbs waiting to see is something happens.

I haven't read the whole of this thread but is there anyone else like me who doesn't want the Chinese businessman to "buy" our club. There seems to be a good deal of uncertainty and mystery about this chap and whether he does actually have any money. The reports of his so-called involvement with NBA teams seem to have been discredited already.

Liverpool chairman Martin Broughton and at least one potential bidder for the club have alerted the Premier League to a possible change of ownership at Anfield.

So maybe we wont have to wait that long for takeover. Messi will be wearing the Liverbird before you know it!

Will be another sad day for the club if it gets taken over by some rich billionaire, gone will be the days when our success was earned in the right way, soon be just another City and Chelsea.
