Why does it have to be N'Go V Pacheco?

Two different players all together. Both player are still learning their trade but operate in different positions.

N'Go is a player trying to mould into a torres role while Pacheco is more in the Iniesta mould

Its comparing Gerrard and Barry. Both midfielders but two different roles altogether

took the words right out of my mouth i think we should be using pacheco behind torres because when we lose mascherano we will only have one good CM gerrard, lucas and aquilani are a joke i think it would be hard for him at the beginning but if he is given a couple of games where he plays 50/60 minutes he will get used to the pace of the PL quite quickly and we would have another world-class by the of the season ... ngog should be sold because ecclestone and della valle are better than him simple really

I wasn't overly-impressed with ngog last nigt but it got is goals we needed. We need to remember ngog was placed up front on his todd when he played last season, so we shouldn't be too quick to knock him. Let him gain his confidence over the next few friendlies playing up front with fellow strikers and see how he gets on in the PL.

As for Pacheco, well he played well last season and didn't get the break into the 1st team he deserved, he seems to be in brilliant form at the Euro finals - out on the left too, so I am hoping he gets back to Liverpool with one thought in mind and that's getting into the Liverpool 1st team and hopefully Roy will see his potential and give him the chance.

Both kids are young, they play in different positions, under the right guidence the both have they potential to become brilliant players at Liverpool

That said I feel we should be targeting an established striker and winger before the transfer window closes...but we may not have those options available to us. For now, keep and use what we have.

i think many of you guys gives to much undeserved criticism to n'gog. don't forget he's only 21 and he has all the time in the world to get better and better. he may not be good enough to start at the moment but i think he can do a good job as a squad player.

both him and pacheco should be staying with us. pacheco is good enough to play more regularly with the 1st team now and i think he will do so if he stays...

"Liverpool are trying to strengthen before the big kick-off but a deal for Aston Villa defender Luke Young has been shelved after going cool on their initial interest.

The club, meanwhile, are not looking to offload Maxi Rodriguez or allow Spanish striker Dani Pacheco leave on loan."

That job interview was going so well until I realized I was fukked up on acid in the middle of a cornfield naked and talking to a scarecrow.

how much would that rossi be worth? he absolutely ruined the spurs back 4 last night. i know he is an ex-manc but he looked quality last night and looks like someone who would work well with torres. (big man + small man combo)
