If Masch goes we should definitely look at Banega, very promising young lad. Not sure whether we need Arda anymore. I would like to see him in a Liverpool shirt, but I can't see where he would fit in the squad. Defour is a very interesting option as well, good at creating plays and defending. I Think Scharner could be a decent squad player not much more though. If Roy is looking to bring in English players he should look at Cattermole (especially if Masch goes).
on either of the wings? surely we need some decent talent, and some quality on the bench we lacked that last season especially in the semi final europa cup at anfield, rafa brought all of our best performers off, then decided to throw the kids in the deep end when he'd had all season to give them a game.
cattermole is definatley a good shout, proven in the prem quality player.
theres something about defour though, from what ive seen of him he's like standard's "gerrard" the heartbeat of the team. hes captain at a young age and looks like hes gonna be a top quality player in the future.
And why do we need RB cover if we keep Kelly & Darby. As in the past, such a purchase cannot be of encouragement to the ressies.
