i'm watching the lfc.tv debate on liverpool tv listening to bruckner , rushie et al , if we can sort new owners out and get rid of the cancer that has ran through lfc in recent years then i tell you what lads , we are set up big time

i'm still not fully happy with things but today has been a great day

liverpool fans finally have a smile on their faces :-)

I agree. Thought we'd lost out on Joe. We are still an attractive proposition to any footballer who appreciates history and the best fans in the world. Just a couple more gooduns and we may yet have a really good go at it this season.

I think a lot of people are loosing the run of themselves on the forums. He only came because we are the only ones that will pay near what him and his agent were looking for. I'm not as enthusiastic as others. He definetely is talented but I get a vibe that he is similar in attitude and temperament to Harry Kewell. Money first, high profile off the pitch and then flash spells of form in between prolonged bouts on the treatment table (especially at 28). I think these players get soft after having the good life of a premiership player for a few years. Would much prefer the younger longer shot of Loic Remy.

At £10-£12m I reckon there's enough money in the pot for Remy as well!

Today has been a great day for Liverpool. Just been looking for any more rumours on Loic Remy and according to caughtoffside.com, we have apparently already signed him for 12.5 million. Not sure how strong these sources are though, anyone got any more news on this?

Can't help but feel optimistic for the first time in while but the most important thing now is to see that we get a top class strike force and hopefully Remy could be the answer. I must admit being caught up in his agent's appraisal of the player and if, for once, the hype lives up to reality then we may be looking on something special. The LB is something that I am confident that Roy will fix so the pressure comes back to Stevie and Torres (not too mention the sale of the Club).
Fingers crossed but it could just be the start of happy days!

Just heard Stevie's committed once again the day keeps getting better it makes one wonder about the ownership and something that people know that we aren't aware of ........yet!!!
