Im reading alot about Christian Purslow and this asset stripping claims!

I can't for certain pin anything down. Neither can anybody else until anything actually happends!

But what i will say! Is there is alot of dead wood at Liverpool! There always is! And we need a manage that will sign players they need! Not just sign players because they can!I don't agree with how the playing list has ever been mananged!

I would allow the sale of a few players! If only for one quality player to come in! The squad should be based around a first team of 13 quality players. The rest on the bench should be future prospects!

I can't see why the Yanks would wan't to sell Torres, Gerrard or mascharano! I can see how they would wan't to cut dead wood out of the squad and save on the wage bill that way!

For most of the dead wood! There is an academy player that should be given a chance!

Just read in one of the Sunday rags that Torres now prefers a move to Manure!!!! Where the hell did that one come from?? I wish I could get paid for making [oops] up!!

Also on the news pages there's a story from Bascombe about Gerrard and Torres being given 2 weeks to decide their futures. Thats fair enough (if true) but the amounts he was reporting we have to spend caught my eye. He says if the two of them stay we'll have £40m to spend and if they go we'll have £140m to spend! Again, where does this [oops] come from? I thought we had £15m to spend and then some from sales? So a possible £140m? I think not especially if the asset stripping conspiracies are true.

But that implies we will get all monies from sales where as there are stories of Purslow asset stripping for the yanks. What do we believe?
