can`t believe that some people would want Robbie Keane back,, the guy is absolute pants, didn`t even look right wearing the kit. As for continually having a pop at Lucas why don`t you stop following the others you sheep and have a thought for yourselves?? The guy is not the most gifted but he gives 100% everytime he pulls the shirt on, how many times did Stevie G do that last year? Lucas continues to improve year on year and would be a good back up or league cup etc.. player, not really waht we would want as a first teamer but looking ahead at the moment, but to me ther`s not much difference between him and Barry at the moment, nothing special but solid.
Firstly, I agree with you about not wanting Robbie Keane back. Whilst I don't think he had enough time to prove himself with us he didn't do anything with Tottenham when he went back. Secondly, I personally don't think Lucas is good enough to play for us I am not saying this to follow a crowd it is just my personal opinion of him when I see him play, I think he was better last season, but still not up to much. He puts enough effort in with not much to show for it. I think if we can get rid of him for 8 million, then it's a fair deal.
