forlan cheap - cheap as in +£20m cheap lol no not worth it for a player of his age mate, an dont expect to pay any less than that, he's banged them in left right and centre in spain since he left united and he's had an outstanding world cup. totally out of our price range, and totally not cheap in the slightest.
based on last seasons formation and RH is expected to keep changes to a minimum:
gilberto silva - yes if lucas or masch goes, would be like for like, not many seasons left in him tho, great player imo and experienced in the prem.
danny murphy - nahhh, hodgson has said he wont be raiding fulham bull [oops] story from the press
van der vaart - possibly but dont know where he would fit in with aqualani and gerrard in the side
haangerland - no! waste of a reported £12m, why do we keep gettin linked with centre backs, we dont need another centre half theres higher prioreties in our side, although i would take wilson from rangers he can play left back too only if it came at the right price. we need..
left back (salcido, coentrao or taiwo) / wings (arda, cole) / possibly a centre mid who can break up the play bt can actually pass the ball (somebody said schweinsteiger, good shout) / and some sort of back up target man that can replace torres when injured, y did we sell crouch!?!?!?
