Well it’s Prime Day, today and tomorrow...maybe we we might get some bargains?

The thing is the club needs to be ruthless to win trophies. It's nice seeing all those young lads coming through but Klopp is not stupid, he is not going to throw out half of the reserves in a premier league game and hope for the best. We needed cover for the front 3 regardless if Mane was available or not so him being unavailable from the start only strengthens the point. The lads can play if we have an injury crisis but playing more than one or two from the start will reduce our quality as you can't replace a Mane with them, it needs to be done by signing someone.

People said we needed cover at CB. Gomez stepped up. We needed cover at RB. Trent stepped up.
People would moan if Wilson was sold. But now you're moaning that he may be given a chance?
He scored 22 goals. Last year. From the wing. That's outstanding. He's an international. He's scored everywhere he's been. He deserves a chance.
I'd take a Fowler Owen macca carra or Wilson over Suarez or Coutinho any day. I am not sure if it is me you are addressing and I don't even know if Wilson is the cover for Mane, is he? I thought he played on the right, in Salah's position. There is not a player I would take over Suarez btw, except probably SG, I don't know on which grounds any of those you mentioned above are better than Suarez. So I don't know what you are talking about. Wilson salah mane Kent can all play in the front 3 and they all played as a striker too at some point. But no. Neither of the players I mentioned previously are better than Suarez. My point was I prefer a homegrown talent to someone who is gonna play well for 30 games and say their dream is to play for Barca. Not the best point I've ever made as macca and Owen both left for Madrid but my intentions were good.

We do need cover. But at what point do we have too much? There are so many players available that can cover. Not to mention a few players who are coming back from injury or still injured. We need cover for Van Dijk too as no one is good enough to step in if he gets injured. So who do we buy? Or do we stick with Matip and Gomez? There is no point to having a youth set up or a reserve team or a premier league 2 or even using the loan system if we aren't gonna use it.

And had we been ruthless in the past we’d have not found Owen, Fowler, Macca, Sterling wouldn’t have got a game. What if Bacon Face thought that back in the day? Klopp will know how good these youngsters are. If he thinks they’re good enough to cover then so be it. If we never use these players then we might as well sack the youth set up off.

I like kids like trent who force themselves in the team, they dont take no for an answer.... they go to training like gerrard and they move their rival for a place out the way. too many kids lack fight

Exactly what I thought, one left for nothing and we got only 8m for the other despite just winning the Ballon D'Or because he was entering the last year of his contract and just wanted to go to RM.

Just because a few people think the same as you doesn't make you correct. There are people who think the world is flat.
